Orwin Akhonzadeh

Orwin Akhonzadeh joined Arciero & Burgess, PC in 2025.  He has experience defending medical malpractice cases and his clients included New York metropolitan area hospitals, physicians, and nurses. Orwin uses enhanced trial techniques on behalf of healthcare professionals in achieving favorable results for his  clients, including development of the defense through discovery, depositions, and dispositive motion practice.  Prior to working as a civil litigator, Orwin gained significant trial experience at the Dutchess County District Attorney's Office where he was the lead trial attorney on numerous occasions.
