Maureen M. Arciero

MAUREEN M. ARCIERO is senior trial attorney and a founding partner of Arciero McMillan & Burgess, PC. Maureen brings 30 years of litigation experience to the representation of her clients, which include individuals, group medical practices and institutional defendants. She has tried numerous cases in venues throughout New York City, the surrounding counties and the Hudson Valley region. Maureen was selected by her peers to the Super Lawyers of New York; frequently lectures on medical malpractice and trial practice; has served as a faculty member of the American College of Pathology and as a presenter at The New York County Medical Society and The New York State Society of Plastic Surgeons. She is a graduate of New York Law School and obtained her undergraduate education at Siena College. Ms. Arciero is admitted to practice law in New York, Connecticut and the State of Florida. Maureen and her family reside in Rockland County where she serves as a member of the Board of Directors for the Meals on Wheels of Rockland County.
