Janet Weintraub Blake

Janet W. Blake joins the firm in an Of Counsel position with more than 30 years of litigation experience with an emphasis on Medical Malpractice defense. Janet’s prior education and experience in the field of Occupational Therapy led to her interest in the defense of practitioners and facilities in the medical field.  Janet’s career has included both taking and defending witnesses at deposition and developing litigation strategies while working closely with medical experts. She has extensive experience writing and arguing motions, as well as analyzing medical records and providing insight on critical liability and causation issues.

Janet is admitted to practice in the State of New York as well as the US District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts.
