Sarah P. Frankel
Sarah joined Arciero & Burgess, PC in 2026 as a Law Clerk and having passed the New York State Bar, is awaiting admission to practice.
Sarah received her undergraduate degree from the University of Miami, where she gained clinical nursing experience, and earned her law degree, magna cum laude, from Albany Law School. During law school, she worked under Presiding Judge Richard Sise in the New York State Court of Claims and with the New York Attorney General’s Office. She also trained in the areas of medical malpractice and personal injury.
In her community, Sarah enjoys playing tennis and is currently training her dog to participate in volunteer programs supporting residents, staff, and families at local nursing homes and hospitals.
