Julia London

Julia V. London joined Arciero & Burgess as counsel in 2026. She has been practicing law since 2008 and specializes in medical malpractice defense, focusing on healthcare providers, hospitals, and nursing homes. Julia also has extensive experience in general negligence claims and products liability litigation. 

Before joining A&B, Julia worked with several other prominent insurance defense firms where she honed her skills in all aspects of civil litigation from case inception to trial, including conducting and defending depositions, interviewing expert witnesses, drafting motions, representing clients in court proceedings, and successfully trying cases to verdict. 

Prior to transitioning to civil practice, Julia spent nearly a decade as an Assistant District Attorney at the New York County District Attorney's Office. There, she gained invaluable courtroom and trial experience prosecuting a wide range of misdemeanor and felony cases from fraud to sexual assault and homicide. 

Julia obtained her undergraduate degree from Sarah Lawrence College and her law degree from Fordham University School of Law. Julia resides in Ridgefield, CT where she served on the Board of Education and where she spends much of her free time with her husband watching their two boys play lacrosse, basketball, and football.
