Robert Haskins

 Robert Haskins joins the firm with over forty years of experience in insurance defense and a specialization in the defense of healthcare professionals in malpractice cases. With a record of success through both dispositive motion practice and trial, Bob has also successfully argued cases before the Appellate Division and the New York Court of Appeals.

Bob obtained his undergraduate degree from SUNY New Paltz, and his law degree from Syracuse University. He taught law at SUNY New Paltz for over a decade and has trained as a mediator, currently serving as the board president of the Mediation Center of Dutchess County.

An elected Town Justice, he has been named one of the Best Lawyers of the Hudson Valley on multiple occasions and is ranked as "Distinguished" by the Martindale-Hubbell attorney rating service.
