Tara R. Di Luca
TARA R. DI LUCA is a partner and joined Arciero & Burgess, P.C., in December 2025. Tara has over ten years of medical malpractice defense and litigation experience and has successfully represented a variety of medical professionals–including doctors, hospitals, medical groups, dentists, nursing homes, rehabilitation facilities, physical therapists, occupational therapists, acupuncturists, podiatrists, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses, and other health care providers—against claims in both state and federal court.
Tara attended Fordham University where she was a member of their Division 1 Track & Field Program. Tara earned her law degree from Elizabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University. While in law school Tara was selected among 200 other second year law students and completed an externship with Army JAG-C (Judge Advocate General’s Corps) at the United States Military Academy at West Point. She further completed a Prosecutorial Externship with the Westchester County Office of the District Attorney, Narcotics Bureau. While in law school Tara participated in the National Trial Advocacy Team Competition and Grand Moot Court Team. She also served as President, Italian-American Law Students Association
Tara has been published in the New York State Bar Association Journal, New York State Bar Association Entertainment, Arts and Sports Law Journal, and Westchester County Bar Association Journal.
Tara resides between Westchester County and Dutchess County and is involved in fundraising and volunteer activities with My Sisters’ Place Domestic Violence Support Center and Paws Crossed Animal Rescue. She was a former Division 1 Hurdler and Sprinter and is certified by Special Strong as a Special Needs Fitness Trainer and certified as a Personal Trainer and enjoys teaching and helping others attain their goals for a healthier mental and physical lifestyle.
